Choosing where to go in Las Vegas is a very difficult task to accomplish. There is just too much going on in the Sin City which is the capital of gambling, entertainment, and shopping.

We can trim down the list to Las Vegas’ most popular tourist attractions:

Mount Charleston

Around 35 miles from the city proper, you can find this body of land where it is always colder by 30 degrees. The spot is perfect for horseback riding or camping during the summer. When winter strikes, the place is a haven for skiers and snow board enthusiasts.

Valley of Fire

The Valley of Fire is about 50 miles northeast of the Sin City. The valley is made up of around 26000 acres of desert. The harshness of the environment has been immortalized in post cards and Hollywood films. One can also see the wondrous stone formation carved by the strong winds and the sand.

Bryce Canyon

This is a declared national park. Four hours away from Las Vegas, the Bryce Canyon features ravines rather than the canyon formation. Most tourists are mesmerized with a stunning view.

Ash Meadows

Located in the Ashmorga Valley, the Ashe Meadows consist of spring wet lands and portions of deserts. The environment boasts of 20 animals that can only be seen this part of the world.

Grand Canyon

About 100 miles to the east of the Sin City, the Grand Canyon never fails to please the crowd and the cameras. A lot of group tours are organized here including white water rafting, air ballooning, or helicopter rides over the canyon.
